Approach

The word virescent signifies the first new, bright green color appearing on trees in the early spring. Virescent Group seeks to capture these kinds of new, exciting growth opportunities for its nonprofit clients. Virescent brings sound business acumen from the for profit world and couples it with nonprofit best practices to provide a data-driven, outside-in approach tailored to nonprofits. Virescent partners with nonprofits to strengthen their organization and improve their ability to achieve their mission. Virescent's sole focus on capacity building includes actionable planning, seizing targeted growth opportunities, elevating board governance, and providing hands-on implementation support.
